Maybe installing Android in a VM software like VirtualBox works? Because there is support for Android. To clarify what the OP was asking is to have the app so you can "download" the movies from Amazon directly to their device so they can watch them when traveling and don't have access to WIFI (in and airplane). You can get this app on "EVER" device offered "except" a windows OS pc/laptop/phone. "Microsoft" does not allow or offer the "Amazon Prime Video" app in your "Microsoft app store".
